328 Sandbanks Road, Poole
Quoinstone provided the client with Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultancy.
The Sandbanks project involved the demolition of the existing house on site and the construction of an award-winning modern apartment block with 5 high quality/ luxury apartments. The project achieved Silver award at What Homes Awards 2014.
Colmore Row, Birmingham
Quoinstone provided the client with Project Management.
Colmore Row was the major redevelopment of a Grade II listed building at the heart of Birmingham’s commercial business district. The aim of the project was to create a new vision for the building and increase its efficiency whilst still respecting its history and context.
Gracechurch Street, London
Quoinstone provided the client with Project Management and Cost Consultancy.
The Gracechurch Street project comprised the substantial Cat A/Cat B refurbishment of an existing office building located in the city for an insurance sector client. The project achieved SKA Silver rating for the completed fit out works and was awarded the BREEAM Very Good Environmental rating.
Brighton Marina
Quoinstone provided the client with Development Management and Project Management.
The project comprised the regeneration of underutilised land within the marina to create a standalone nightclub/casino; and a waterfront building with an 84-bed boutique hotel, 50,000ft2 of restaurants and bars, ground floor retail units and access to the sea wall and marina.
DIY Store, Sutton-in-Ashfield
Quoinstone provided the client with Development Management and Project Management.
The project comprised the regeneration of an underutilised/derelict playing field with the creation of one of B&Q’s next generation stores, which incorporated a number of sustainable technologies and materials.
