The site was bounded by roads on two sides, existing residential on another side and the railway line to the other. Quoinstone were involved with negotiations, seeking appropriate approvals from the multiple parties involved and ensuring that the contractor complied with those approvals.
Challenges
There were a number of challenges that Quoinstone's expertise and hands-on approach helped overcome during the programme:

Challenging weather during the early stages of the project, when forming foundations and substructure, put pressure on the programme.

Quoinstone managed the phased handover of completed blocks whilst continuing infrastructure delivery and construction in other phases.

There were multiple party interests to maintain and serve throughout the programme. To avoid programme delay, Quoinstone acted as the main point of contact throughout the programme to help build relationships.

Completed on time and to budget
