David is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a development project manager with 25 years' experience in the construction industry.

A focused, technical expert, most recently David has been successful in the delivery of sustainable workplace and residential projects.

Prior to his current position, David spent 6 years as Projects Director at a national commercial development company responsible for the design, procurement and construction functions, including gaining planning for a number of high density vertically integrated mixed use developments in London and the South East.

In his earlier career, David spent 7 years at an international property consultancy providing extensive technical consultancy advice across a range of property sectors, specialising in project management, environmental issues and building surveying services. David has a great interest in delivering best value to every project and ensuring that the fundamental principles of good and sustainable design are considered at all stages of the development and construction process.

Expertise

David’s background as a decision-maker within a commercial development company, in combination with his extensive project management experience over a broad range of project types and client sectors, enables him to devise and implement project specific strategies for success.

David’s hands-on approach, challenging of conventions and continual search to achieve the best solutions throughout each stage is key to ensuring that our clients' objectives are realised.

David is the senior and day-to-day point of contact on all projects for which he is responsible and is involved from inception to completion, and through to the use of the completed projects. This provides continuity of leadership and ensures the in-depth knowledge at all stages to be able to drive the development implementation and construction processes and the experience to make strong recommendations and take effective decisions to ensure plans are executed.
